• Lateness Policy:

If patient is late for the appointment, therapist will try to accommodate to offer the full treatment. However, if that is not possible, a shortened session will be applied (fee will be reduced according to the shortened session). Thank you for respecting our therapists’ time.

• Cancellation Policy:

We allow One Time late cancellation/change.

Afterwards: If you want to make changes or are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment or 65% of your treatment fee will be applied (unless it was an emergency/illness). Future appointments cannot be scheduled until your cancellation fee is paid.
